MOVERS: Appointment at Hallmark Channel

Hallmark Channel has promoted Simon Lai to vice-president, sales and business development, Asia-Pacific from his former position as director. Lai, who will report to chief executive Terence MD and CEO, has been with the company since 2000, and in his new position will spearhead advertising and marketing for the company.
