MOVERS: Appointment at ESPN Star Sports

ESPN Star Sports has expanded the role of Richard Young (left), vice-president of the company's event management group, to include programme development. The company has also promoted Bill Cooper to director, client services, event management group. Young's new role will include a focus on market-driven programme creative and the development of exisiting programming. Meanwhile, Cooper will support the company's sales relationships with major sponsors and will report to Young.
