Hans Ebert, formerly vice-president of creative services, regional A&R and corporate communications for Universal Music, has joined EMI Recorded Music Southeast Asia as advisor to the chairman and chief executive officer. Hong Kong-based Ebert's responsibilities at Universal Music will be taken up by Winnie Chung, who joins the company as consultant for corporate communications.
