Aquent Hong Kong has appointed Kong To as account manager of its regional marcomms division. He will be responsible for the recruitment of executives and creatives in Greater China. Kong has four years' experience and joins Aquent from Longbridge International. Rowena On has joined the company as a creative agent. She will develop creative staffing, consulting and outsourcing services for marketing and communications. On was recently sales and marketing manager for Starz People and has worked at Ogilvy & Mather and Dragongates.
