Peter Dixon, senior partner and executive creative director at Prophet Asia, has relocated to Hong Kong from Texas, US. With over two decades of experience in brand strategy and immersive design and marketing, he first joined the agency in 2008, helping establish its Hong Kong studio.
Pernod Picard India has appointed Debasree Dasgupta as chief marketing officer and will begin in the role in November. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, she joins from Absolut, where she spent two years as CMO and global vice president. Her career has taken her from Mumbai to the UK and Ireland, and will now relocate back to India for the CMO job at Pernod Picard, leading global strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
One of China's largest state-owned automobile groups, Changan has hired the UK-based comms consultancy Woosah to support its launch in the market. The brand will debut its all-electric Deepal S07 SUV in the UK. As part of the remit, Woosah will manage both proactive and reactive media relations, profile-building, thought leadership and creative campaigns to enhance visibility and credibility in the UK automotive market. Changan, based in Chongqing, China, has over 41 years of experience in automotive manufacturing and produces vehicles including passenger cars and trucks under brands such as Changan, Deepal and Avatr, as well as through joint ventures with Ford and Mazda. Henry Pfisterer, former chief marketing officer of Decathlon Indonesia, has joined Gushcloud, a global influencer marketing group, as its country director in Indonesia. Pfisterer had been working for Decathlon for over five years. Prior to that, he worked at Fuse Group after moving to Indonesia. Previously, he worked for Kering and Capegemini in France.
LinkedIn has appointed McCann as its global creative agency of record, following a closed review of the social platform’s creative account. Previously, LinkedIn switched its media agency from Dentsu to Publicis Media. According to estimates from COMvergence, LinkedIn’s annual global media spend is US$250 million.
Monks has appointed Yukiko Ochiai as the managing director of Japan, effective immediately. Before joining Monks, Ochiai served as the CEO of Grey Tokyo, where she worked for more than 13 years, beginning her career there as a group account director in 2011. With over 20 years of experience in international advertising, she previously spent more than a decade at Beacon Communications and also worked at Fuji Television earlier in her career.

Global Apparel retailer Uniqlo announced that Kaws, the contemporary artist renowned for his distinctive art style that subverts pop culture, has joined Uniqlo as the brand's first Artist in Residence. In this new role, Kaws will enhance initiatives under the Uniqlo philosophy of Art For All through art events held at Uniqlo stores worldwide and in collaboration with the brand's various museum partners. The real name of Kaws is Brian Donnelly. KAWS’s partnership with Uniqlo dates back to 2016.
The Advertising Club India announced its Managing Committee for the fiscal year 2025–2026 at its 71st Annual General Meeting held in Mumbai. Dheeraj Sinha, CEO of FCB India & South Asia, has been elected president of The Advertising Club. Sinha was CEO of Leo Burnett, South Asia, Chairman and BBH, India, before joining FCB in late 2023.
NP Digital Malaysia has been named as the official media agency for Pos Malaysia, the nation’s trusted post and parcel service provider. The year-long retainer covers paid media, social media, and SEO management to enhance the brand’s online presence, drive measurable growth, and engage both existing and next-generation customers. SEC Newgate China has appointed Aaron Pan as a partner to be based in Hong Kong. Pan brings over two decades of experience spanning London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He was most recently general manager, media relations at Link Asset Management and previously worked as group head of corporate communications at One Championship and VP of communications at FWD Insurance. He also held positions at Nomura and Mayer Brown JSM. Pan began his career as a financial journalist at Bloomberg News.

Hanks Lee has joined the Construction Industry Council as general manager of corporate communications, based in Hong Kong. He was most recently director of corporate communications and Watsons brand marketing. Lee shared a post via LinkedIn and announced his departure from AS Watons after working for over 14 years there and expressed his gratitude. He joined AS Watons in 2011 as corporate communications manager. Prior to that, he worked at L'Oréal and made it to Campaign's Power List in 2023 and 2024.
