Defri Dwipaputra and Rangga Immanuel have been elevated to dual chief creative & experience officer (CCXO) roles. Both Dwipaputra and Immanuel are executive creative directors, who joined Dentsu in 2022 and in 2020, respectively.
Havas India has announced the launch of global business and digital transformation consultancy, Gate One, in India. Leading India’s new team is Karan Ingle, client director at Gate One. Based out of Bangalore, Ingle will report to Ben Tye, managing partner, Gate One and Rana Barua, Group CEO, Havas India, South East Asia and North Asia. Headquartered in London, Gate One maintains a strong presence across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the United States. India marks the agency’s fourth market as part of its global growth strategy.
Coffee Meets Bagel has appointed Amanda Chong as its new global brand and communications lead. Before joining the brand, Chong was most recently account director at Ogilvy Singapore. Prior to that, she also worked for Tate Anzur, Raffles Medical Group.
Yolanda Uys has joined H&H Group’s Swisse as its new director of growth and brand, ANZ, across Australia and New Zealand. Uys has over 25 years of experience leading brands across retail, consumer goods, and hospitality, she worked at Coles Liquor, Dan Murphy’s, and Crown Resorts, Cadbury, and GSK, from Australia to the UK and South Africa, before joining Swisse.
Adobe has appointed Ben Goodman as president of Asia Pacific (APAC) and digital experience (DX) Japan. In this role, Goodman will lead Adobe’s business across APAC and oversee the company’s digital experience operations in Japan, reporting to Stephen Frieder, chief revenue officer of Adobe Enterprise. Goodman brings over 20 years of experience leading teams across APAC and Japan. He joins Adobe from Okta, where he spent three years as senior vice president and general manager for the region. This marks Goodman’s return to Adobe, having previously served as managing director of digital experience sales in APAC in 2019 and 2020.
Melanie Speet joins Haymarket Media as director of Spikes Asia, bringing more than 17 years of experience in executing ROI-driven marketing strategies across APAC and MENA. She was most recently head of marketing and communications at Branded, following a four-year tenure at NBCUniversal Media. Drawing on her expertise in client services and marketing partnerships, she will lead the seamless delivery of Spikes, a joint venture between Haymarket and Lions, overseeing the ongoing success of the prestigious creative and marketing festival and awards.
Cedar Hong Kong, part of Omnicom Group, has promoted Mark Tjhung to managing director. Tjhung has been with the communications agency since its launch in 2015, and over this period has held positions including editor, content director, and, most recently, managing partner. In his new role, he will lead the Cedar Hong Kong office, overseeing all of the agency’s work. He will report to Jessica Haigh, Cedar’s global managing director, based in London. This appointment follows several promotions within Cedar Hong Kong’s senior leadership team in the last year, including the elevation of Louise Buxton to business director, Adam White to content director, Jowie Chan as head of creative, and the appointment of Steve Ellul as creative director.

Halo Cheng has been promoted to executive creative director. Cheng began her career as a copywriter at Leo Burnett Hong Kong in 2004. She returned to Publicis in 2018 as group creative director. Prior to that, she worked at DDB, Ogilvy, Grey and The Gate in Hong Kong.

Stratos Efstathiou has been elevated to head of art. Raised in Cape Town and living in Hong Kong for the past 10 years, he joined Publicis in 2024 as creative director. Before that, he worked at Carbon and Ogilvy.

Soenar Santoso, who is originally from Indonesia, brings 12 years of experience to her role as creative director. He joins from Ogilvy Hong Kong, with previous experience at Wunderman and Comwerk Interactive in Singapore, as well as McCann Erickson in Indonesia.

Mortar Group has appointed Paul Sigaloff as its new global chief customer officer, based in Sydney, starting from this week. Sigaloff was most recently chief revenue and growth officer at Ooh!Media. Before that, he was vice president and head of APAC at Yahoo. At Mortar, Sigaloff will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global customer strategy.
DDB Tribal, DDB Mudra Group’s agency based out of Gurugram, has appointed Anusheela Saha as creative head. Saha joins the agency from FCB India, where she served as national creative director. With over 20 years of experience, she has also held pivotal roles at Cheil. Saha will report to Rahul Mathew, chief creative officer, DDB Mudra Group. She takes over the position previously held by Iraj Fraz, who will transition into a new role within the company.

Benjamin Boh as regional vice president for Asia, the Middle East and Africa, following over a decade in senior management roles at McDonald's. Prior to joining Domino's, he was most recently managing director at McDonald's Singapore. With over 18 years of experience in operations, strategy, and consumer insights, his career has taken him to roles based in Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. In his new role, he will oversee 30 markets across over 5,300 restaurants, focusing on strategic partnerships and partner relationship management with AMEA Master Franchisees. He

Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games have announced
Brent Hill as chief marketing officer, leading planning and delivery of branding, marketing, and experiential campaigns out of Australia. With expertise in tourism, sustainability, and destination development, he spent over four years as Tourism Fuji's chief executive officer and more than five years as the South Australian Tourism Commission's chief marketing officer. He will begin in his new role in November. In June, he announced his
departure from Tourism Fiji on LinkedIn.
M+C Saatchi has appointed Topher Jones as client experience director, leading the agency's strategic focus in growing operational capacities out of Melbourne. Based in Sydney, he has 17 years of experience in management and business development, previously taking on leadership roles at Droga5 ANZ, DDB Group Australia, AMV BBDO, and TBWA\London. Ooh Media has appointed Krista Walton as the new NSW agency sales director, following six years as group business director. Walton will lead the agency sales team across New South Wales, reporting to group sales director Wade James. Walton succeeds Lanai Wiadrowski, who is leaving after over a decade. Recognised for her leadership, customer commitment, and strategic expertise in Out of Home advertising, Walton also co-leads the company’s Gender Equality DEI Committee and aims to build on the team's strong momentum.
