Houston Group, independent brand consultancy, announces a significant boost to its creative leadership team.
- Alex Toohey, a founding creative, steps into the role of chief creative officer-partner. He will lead the agency’s creative vision, building on Houston’s reputation for work that is both strategic and creative.
- Alex Creamer has been promoted to executive creative director. Over the past 18 months, he has been leading work for clients including Westpac, McDonald’s and NRMA.
- Jacquie Halloran joins as design director. Most recently at London’s Made Thought, she brings a decade of award-winning experience with global brands including Chanel, Burberry, Commbank, Sydney Festival and the Maybourne Hotel Group.
IPG Mediabrands has promoted Ava Lee to director of client services for Mediabrands Content Studio (MBCS) Hong Kong. She will report to Penny Chow, chief operating officer of IPG Mediabrands Greater China. Previously, Lee served as business director of the MBSC studio and joined the agency as group account director in 2022. She has been recognised as Campaign’s Women to Watch for 2024.

Clemenger BBDO has appointed Stuart Bailey as its new chief media officer. With more than 20 years of experience across the UK and Australia, Stuart brings experience from senior roles across major agency groups, including OMG, most recently as chief operating officer at PHD Australia.
Meble Tin will join Visa as its new Oceania head of marketing in September. Tin will lead marketing for Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Before joining Visa, she worked for over four years at Airbnb as APAC marketing lead. Prior to that, she held senior global marketing roles at Apple.
Genero has appointed Janna Jauhar and Krystal Lim as senior client directors, APAC, based in Singapore. Jauhar brings 17 years’ experience across media and marketing. She was most recently global business lead at Ogilvy Singapore. Lim joins from R3 (Mediasense) and previously ByteDance, with deep expertise in media, technology and content strategy.
HSBC Bank has appointed Saurabh Singhal as managing director, global head of digital marketing, CIB, overseeing B2B and digital marketing strategy. Now based in Hong Kong, he brings extensive marketing and commercial leadership experience across enterprise and retail sectors. His experience includes serving as group head of marketing at DBS and a stint as chief commercial and fintech officer for Narendra Modi’s flagship Gift City project in India. He announced the move on LinkedIn.
Kingdom Digital, part of the Hakuhodo International Collective, has appointed Pajaree Vatcharateansagul as its new head of media, driving the agency’s integrated growth and strategy. With over eight years of experience spanning integrated media strategy, digital transformation, and regional campaign leadership, she will lead media strategy planning, ad optimisation capabilities, and performance marketing across Southeast Asia.
James Taylor joins OOh!media as managing director and chief executive officer following a 13-year tenure at SBS. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the Australian media industry, he most recently served as managing director at SBS, where he drove advertising revenue growth and boosted total audience consumption. He will step into his new role at OOh!media by early 2026.
Adidas has appointed Eleanor Wang as director of brand activation for Southeast Asia, overseeing strategic development and brand marketing initiatives. She was previously director of marketing at PUMA Group, where she spent over 12 years driving digital campaigns and brand engagement.
303 MullenLowe Perth has named Giulia Palandri as director of client partnerships, where she’ll lead strategy, creative, and media alongside the agency’s managing director, René Migliore. Palandri previously held leadership roles at Juicebox and Assembly+Co., bringing over creative brand and advertising expertise.
Dentsu Creative Isobar has promoted Sahil Shah to chief executive officer after serving for over three years as the agency’s president. Reporting to Amit Wadhwa, CEO for Dentsu Media and Creative in India, Shah will manage over 350 executives across India, leading strategy for large global and Indian clients.
Epicor has promoted Kerrie Jordan to chief marketing officer, where she will oversee global marketing strategy, brand growth, and customer engagement. Bringing extensive experience in senior product innovation and strategic marketing, she previously served as group vice president of product marketing and ISV partner programmes. Prior to joining Epicor, she held senior marketing leadership roles at Oracle.
Toby Talbot, ANZ chief creative officer at Ogilvy, is departing the agency after three and a half years in the role. He first joined Ogilvy to take on the inaugural role of trans-Tasman COO, leading creative teams and overseeing business and creative output across ANZ. Prior to his role at Ogilvy, he was CCO at 14, a DDB-owned agency in Barcelona.
Aussie influencer marketing & content agency Hypetap has expanded its national presence by opening a new Sydney office, appointing Shane Holmes as managing partner to lead the operation. This growth follows last year’s London expansion and responds to rising demand from Sydney-based clients. Holmes, with extensive leadership experience at agencies like AKQA and whiteGREY, will focus on building client relationships and driving agency growth. The Sydney office will complement Hypetap’s Melbourne base, strengthening its capability to deliver influencer marketing solutions across Australia and the APAC region.
