Motorola brings free Gorillaz downloads to Singapore youth target
<P>Motorola has unveiled an interactive bus stop poster, which allows consumers to download a ringtone via Bluetooth technology. The poster is located outside a busy Singapore shopping mall, and offers a song from virtual pop group Gorillaz titled Dare to the first 200 Motorola mobile phone users daily. Compatible phones include the Rokr, Pebl, Razr and Slvr. <BR><br><br><BR>Consumers must first activate the Bluetooth option on their handsets, then accept the file after receiving a prompt. <BR>"It is important for us to reach out to our target consumers in new and creative ways, to understand them and, at the same time, to give the audience a better chance to identify and interact with the Motorola brand," says Frances Chong, marketing manager, mobile devices, Motorola Singapore.</P>
