Motiv8 launches three-language publishing unit
<p>Hong Kong-based marketing agency Motiv8 has launched a custom </p><p>publishing subsidiary, which offers on and offline publishing </p><p>capabilities to clients such as PCCW. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Motiv8 publishing will initially focus its language offering on Chinese, </p><p>Japanese and English. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The agency's managing director, Chris Fjelddahl, said the custom </p><p>publishing subsidiary was a natural extension of the marketing services </p><p>it offers, particularly for its loyalty programmes. "It will be serviced </p><p>by journalists who bring credibility to the writing rather than </p><p>marketing copywriters who tend to over-commercialise the stories." </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Clients include Hong Kong telecoms giant PCCW, which publishes a </p><p>magazine for its Number One Club members, and Japanese cosmetics company </p><p>Shu Uemura's MORE newsletter, distributed both on and offline. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
