Moran at helm of Starcom

<p>Mr Keith Moran has been promoted to the position of chief executive of </p><p>Starcom MediaVest Group's Asia-Pacific operations, effective </p><p>immediately. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Moran is a five-year veteran of the MediaVest/ D'Arcy media </p><p>department and he was part of the joint MediaVest/ Starcom team that </p><p>combined forces two years ago to win the P&G China AOR, the largest </p><p>single account in the region outside Japan. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>He replaces Mr Gary Brown who has been promoted to the newly-created </p><p>position of chief operating officer for Europe, the Middle East and </p><p>Africa (EMEA). </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Brown - who most recently held the post of Starcom Asia CEO - has </p><p>been with the Leo Burnett Group for 15 years and he led the programme </p><p>that created Starcom in the Asian market. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>He will report directly to Mr Mark Cranmer, CEO of Starcom EMEA and will </p><p>be based at the London offices of Starcom Motive. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>

Mr Keith Moran has been promoted to the position of chief executive of
