The first Park Hyatt in China, scheduled to open in the middle of the year, has 237 guestrooms and more than 2,300 sqm of function space. The ballroom on level three, which can accommodate 1,200 people, is served by a car elevator, while the meeting suites on levels 61 and 62 are among the highest in the city.
Located opposite the China World Trade Centre, the property’s guestrooms are on levels 37 to 49 within Beijing Yintai Centre – a mixed-use complex. The hotel also features the city’s highest restaurant on level 66.

JW MARRIOTT HOTEL
The JW Marriott Hotel Beijing, which opened late last year, sits next to the Ritz-Carlton Beijing in China Central Place, next to the city’s premier mall at Shin Kong Place.
The China Central Place complex includes eight residential towers, retail shopping space, a park and a sports centre.
JW Marriott’s 588 rooms are housed over 23 floors. In addition, there are five F&B outlets and the hotel’s signature Quan Spa.
Meetings facilities include six meeting rooms, the largest of which is a ballroom that can
hold 1,200 people.

MANDARIN ORIENTAL
Stunning design is set to be a hallmark of this 241-room hotel housed in Beijing’s newest
architectural landmark, the China Central Television Headquarters. Due to open on August 1, the hotel has a sunken circular ballroom surrounded by a ring of water, in addition to 14 other function rooms. On the top two floors of the Mandarin Oriental’s flagship property in China are
two restaurants linked by a champagne bar suspended over a staircase, offering a bird’s eye view of the building and the cityscape below.

CROWNE PLAZA SUN PLAZA
In the middle of the month, the Crowne Plaza Sun Plaza Beijing opens in Taiyanggong, in the northeast corner of Beijing’s third ring road. The hotel is near the new China International Exhibition Centre and the Olympic Green.
The 540-room hotel features extensive meeting facilities. There are 15 function rooms
and two ballrooms, the largest of which can hold 1,300 people.

The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing, claims some of the largest standard rooms in the city, opened last December. Barolo, the 305-room hotel’s signature restaurant, has a wine list that has already won acclaim from Forbes as one of Asia’s best.

Old-world opulence is the theme at this 390-room property located near the Wangfujing shopping area and a short walk from the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.

in the middle of the year, is one of the two top official VIP hotels for the Olympics.

The new Westin in Chaoyang district, Beijing’s premier embassy and business district, opens in May. The 565-room hotel is part of another mixed-use development comprising retail and office space.
