In this newly created role, Singapore-based Sullivan will oversee Acision’s marketing strategies, global communications and market development.
Sullivan is also tasked with developing with developing new ideas for IP messaging, enterprise messaging and global services.
"Acision will focus on enabling converged services, enriching the user experience and underpinning mobile engagements that fit with enterprise requirements and intelligently target the mobile user to create a positive reaction," he said.
Prior to Acision, Sullivan held senior marketing roles at a number of mobile and digital-media companies, including Eleven, Cloudmark, Lotus Communications and Netscape Communications.
