Mitsubishi Singapore selects Batey

SINGAPORE - Mitsubishi has shifted its creative account from Proximity to Batey, following a multi-agency pitch.

According to sources the shortlist included Proximity, Grey, Bates 141 and TBWA. The fee-based contract, worth U$S1.5 million a year in media spend, begins in April. 

“We are perfectly positioned to deliver the powerful brand communications aimed to further strengthen Cycle & Carriage Automotive’s strong growth for its Mitsubishi Motors franchise,” said Batey CEO Alan Fairnington. 

Last year Cycle & Carriage Automotive, the local distributor of Mitsubishi, sold 9,873 Mitsubishi vehicles (including both passenger cars & light commercial vehicles).
