Mitsubishi hands account to TBWA

JAKARTA - Mitsubishi has handed the account for three of its models, including Tiff, Colt and Colt T120 SS, to TBWA in a three-way pitch that involved DraftFCB and Asatsu.

The Mitsubishi account in Indonesia is currently split between DraftFCB, which takes care of its car brands, and Asatsu.

Mitsubishi’s sales surged 60 per cent year on year to 43,500 units in the first half of this year due to good sales of truck Fuso and Colt Diesel.

The Japanese carmaker has been a leader in the commercial car market but has a small share of passenger car market in the country.
