Ministry of Manpower issues tender to promote workforce abroad

SINGAPORE - The Ministry of Manpower (MOM), a Singapore Government division designed to promote the development of a competitive workforce, has issued an official tender as it looks to market the country's workforce to the international business community.

The unit is looking to appoint a creative and media agency to develop an internationally focused marketing campaign. The campaign will aim to position Singapore in a positive light among specific target audiences, in parallel to a similar initiative that has been undertaken by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). The resulting campaign is expected to run for a minimum of two years.

A formal briefing for the project is scheduled to take place at the ministry on 2 September.

The ministry recently issued a tender for a creative agency to develop a campaign aimed at foreign construction workers in Singapore.
