Heap has been with MindShare since it launched in 1997, starting at its London office. In 2000, he joined MindShare Sydney, moving into the planning discipline.

He played a critical role in the 2006 launch of Destination Planning, MindShare’s proprietary planning approach.

Meanwhile, in Hong Kong, PHD has secured new business from KBC Financial Productions and California Red Karaoke Group.

KBC was previously handled by MindShare, while Universal McCann was incumbent on California Red.
