MindShare Taiwan fills MD position after two-year vacancy

TAIPEI - MindShare has appointed Erika Wang (pictured) as managing director of its Taiwan office, following the departure of Andreas Vogiatzakis for OMD two years ago.

Formerly general manager, Wang will reportedly focus on developing the agency’s digital facilities. She will report to Sandra Yu, chairman and chief executive of GroupM Taiwan.

Prior to joining MindShare, Wang held various senior positions at Ogilvy, GSK, Da-Chan Foods and Citibank.

MindShare’s key local clients in Taiwan include Uni-President Foods, Far Eastone Telecom, Farglory Real Estate, Sanyo Home Appliances and 7-11, among others. Its international client portfolio comprises GSK, HSBC, Mazda, Ford, Volvo, Motorola, DTC, Nike, Lenovo and Nestlé.
