The agency recently opened offices in Shenzhen and Fuzhou in the south.
Chongqing, in the centre of the country, is scheduled to open before the end of the year, while Chengdu, also in the centre, and the northern city of Shenyang are under evaluation.
MindShare China chief executive officer Chris Walton said: "While Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou will remain very important, growth rates in these cities will actually be eclipsed by those in second and third-tier markets. We want to establish ourselves in these cities to be close to both consumers and local clients."
Walton said MindShare's growth was the result of significant investments in training, tools and processes over the past few years.
