Hsueh, who will report to Rob Hughes, managing partner north and west China, has been tasked with supporting client needs in Chengdu along with driving new business.
Hsueh was most recently general manager for Tom Cite Media group – Business Weekly Publishing Group in Taipei, where she was responsible for marketing and advertising sales of the property Global Business Review.
She has previously worked on accounts including Volvo, FarEasTone Communications, HSBC, IBM and Johnnie Walker.
