MindShare appoints Nikhilender to MD role

Deepika Nikhilender has been appointed to the role of managing director at MindShare Singapore, reporting to MindShare Group CEO Manpreet Singh. Formerly general manager of the agency, Nikhilender's promotion is accompanied by two other appointments. Arthur Sung and Vikram Bansal both become executive business directors, from previous director positions. Sung, who launched and runs Activate, will have additional oversight of Motivator, while Bansal's expanded role includes handling key client American Express and developing MindShare Entertainment.
