Microsoft drops Upstream Asia
Microsoft Singapore is parting ways with retainer PR agency Upstream Asia, nine months after awarding the firm the business. "We have reviewed our PR requirements in light of our business needs and have decided not to use the services of Upstream Asia on a retainer basis," said Microsoft Singapore communications manager Fatima Adam, who added that a new retainer appointment had yet to be made. Adam also confirmed that local agency Barr & Chan Communications is handling project work for the IT giant.
