Meritus taps Yanaka for head marketing role

Meritus Hotels & Resorts has promoted Hidey Yanaka vice-president, sales and marketing replacing Frank Foster, who shifts across to lead the development department as senior VP, development.

Yanaka (pictured), who was previously VP of sales for the group, will be responsible for overseeing corporate functions.

Foster meanwhile, will concentrate on growing the Meritus brand through sourcing and securing new developments and projects.
