"'Workplace actualisation' has created a demand for men to get increasingly savvy and conscious about their lifestyle," said India Today Group chief executive officer Asish Bagga.
Priced at Rs 50 (US$1.1), the monthly's first edition is expected to hit the stands this month.
The Indian edition of Men's Health will be the magazine's 37th edition.
DNA's Jamal Shaikh, who has previous experience of working on international publications, has been named the editor of Men's Health. According to the publisher, the magazine will have an initial print run of 50,000 copies.
