Mehta, who worked at McCann Mumbai before a two-year stint in Kuala Lumpur as deputy GM, joins a new-look management team which includes ECD Farrokh Madon, who joined the agency from BBDO in the summer.
Mehta's move coincides with other major changes within the network, with Mark Ingrouille replacing Sorab Mistry as the Singapore-based Southeast Asia area director (Media 24 October).
