Hong Kong's passion for gambling has made the online casino scene a
hot sector on the internet, with users spending more time on hard
betting sites in May than during the beginning of the year, according a
report by NetValue.
The research company found Hong Kong punters spent the most time at
gambling information sites, which offered betting tips and reviews of
top gambling sites, than at hard betting sites.
Clayton Fitts, vice-president of sales and marketing at NetValue, said:
"Now (Hong Kong internet) users seem to be growing more confident about
gambling on hard betting sites, which is evident from the growth in the
number of such sites."
