<p>SYDNEY: BMCMedia has formed an advertising and sponsorship </p><p>representation partnership with Sydney-based Ticketmaster7, which offers </p><p>potential advertisers the ability to target specific advertising </p><p>demographics in conjunction with specific types of events. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>This targeting can occur at a broad level, based on a breakdown of </p><p>sports, music, arts or family events. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>It can also be specific to concerts within a music category or to a </p><p>particular concert. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Myles Foreman, general manager, ticketmaster7.com said: "When a new </p><p>e-commerce strategy was formulated in March this year, establishing </p><p>advertising on ticketmaster7.com as a revenue stream was identified as a </p><p>key business objective. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>"The introduction of online advertising is also a key objective within </p><p>the company's overall budget for 2002." </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>In a separate development, BMCMedia has been appointed to represent the </p><p>advertising inventory on the recently-launched site ourbrisbane.com. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The website is a gateway to localised services and information </p><p>concerning Brisbane. BMCMedia will sell ads and sponsporship packages to </p><p>advertisers on the site. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
