MPG, Media Contacts’ sister agency, won the US$30 million Indonesian Danone business in April, and Danone will serve as the agency’s backbone client.
Media Contacts Indonesia will initially be staffed by three people.
Media Contacts has hired Numjai Lurngnateetap and Ullas Sahadevan (pictured) as country directors for the Thailand and Malaysia operations, respectively. Lurngnateetap joins from Dentsu Interactive in Bangkok while Sahadevan joins from Pinstorm Malaysia. In Singapore, Media Contacts has recruited senior consultant, digital, Gaurav Gupta from Euro RSCG India.
Media Contacts to open in Indonesia
JAKARTA - Media Contacts, the Havas digital network, is planning to launch a full-service digital advertising agency in Indonesia on the back of its recent Danone win.
