MEDIA CAREERS: Ogilvy & Mather reassigns senior staffers Murphy, Isaac to new roles
<p>Ogilvy & Mather Asia-Pacific has promoted Mr Mike Murphy from his </p><p>chairmanship of O&M Singapore to head the New Networks division as </p><p>CEO. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>His latest role encompasses new business development, O&M's sales </p><p>promotion alongside the shop's identity and healthcare consultancy </p><p>businesses. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Tim Isaac will relocate from Hong Kong to the Lion City to take over </p><p>both as chairman and regional director of Singapore, Malaysia and </p><p>Indonesia. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Meanwhile, in Hong Kong, Mr Mike Wong has been moved up the ranks to </p><p>managing director of O&M Advertising. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>He joined five months ago as director of client service following a </p><p>stint with JWT. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>In Bangkok, 25-year Ogilvy veteran Freddy Bee has relocated from the Los </p><p>Angeles office, where he was director of client service and worldwide </p><p>management supervisor for the Mattel account. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>In his new client services director role, Mr Bee will spearhead the </p><p>brand teams' efforts on international business. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Completing the hire-fest, O&M Malaysia has appointed Mr Jeffery Seow as </p><p>client service director. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>His main role is to lead part of the client portfolio, provide account </p><p>and management supervision, and guidance for new business, client </p><p>service development and training. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
