MEC strengthens Asia Pacific presence with new hires

SINGAPORE - MEC Interaction has added two new members to its Asia Pacific operation, appointing Radhikarani Sengupta as regional director, and Daniel Chan as senior account manager.

Sengupta joins from Mindshare Interactive in India, where she worked on regional accounts for ICICI Bank, Castrol and Listerine. Meanwhile Chan will offer digital marketing experience gained from a stint at AKQA.

Both Sengupta and Chan will report to regional managing director Thorsten Nolte (pictured).

The hires at Interaction coincide with Guillaume Conteville’s appointment as regional director of Global Solutions, MEC’s client management division. Conteville will be relocating to Asia Pacific from the company’s London office, while Erik Tolosa leaves a marketing role at DHL to take up a new role as senior planner.

Both will report to managing director Connie Chan.
