Ho replaces outgoing client services director Kelly Chua and will report to agency MD Manjiri Kamat.
Kamat said: "James has been in the industry for 18 years and joins us with tremendous experience and contacts. He will help me on business development, and I look forward to leveraging his talents."
Ho has held senior positions at Trapper Media, Wizard Media Dynamics and Vizeum. He joins the WPP media shop from Utusan Airtime, where he was business development director.
