MEC lands M&C's global media

MEC's WCSS division has been appointed to Millenium & Copthorne Hotels' global media brief, and will provide channel planning and implementation services for the group's 88 hotels in 16 countries worldwide. "To help achieve our strategic positioning goals, we concluded that MEC has the balance of expertise to work with us and develop integrated marketing communications platforms to reach our desired target audience across the world, cost effectively," said M&C global sales and marketing SVP Gerry Oh. The appointment comes after local agency Crush was selected as the group's creative partner.
