McCann Worldgroup takes Grand Kam Fan

HONG KONG - McCann Worldgroup Hong Kong has dominated the annual Hong Kong 4As Kam Fan awards show, scooping the Grand Kam Fan for its work on Coca-Cola's '365 Days of Happiness' campaign.

During a night which saw no gold awards handed out in the television, print and radio categories, McCann also landed the TV Kam Fan (Cathay Pacific’s ‘Boos from Hell’), along with the Outdoor and Integrated Kam Fan’s for Coca-Cola’s DIY Christmas Tree and ‘365 Days’ campaigns, the later also picking up gold in the integrated category.

Grey Hong Kong triumphed by grabbing the Print Kam Fan for its work for Ambi Pur Frangrance Spray, while OgilvyOne scored the iDA Kam Fan for its campaign for SCMP.com.

Four other main category golds were handed out during the gala awards show in Hong Kong, all in the non-traditional advertising category. JWT Hong Kong won for its Friends of the Earth poster; JWT Shanghai was awarded top honours on two occasions for DTC and GreenPeace, while McCann was again recognised for Coca-Cola.
