McCann Thailand appoints White as COO

BANGKOK - McCann WorldGroup has appointed Monica White (pictured) as chief operating officer of its Thai operation following the retirement of Prasan Osatananda, who will retain an advisory role.

White will report to McCann's Southeast area director Mark Ingrouille, who is also president of McCann Thailand, and provide cover while Ingrouille is overseas.

The Thai-American has spent a number of years within the network, both at McCann Singapore and in Bangkok, running accounts such as Nestle, Goodyear, Coca-Cola. She is the daughter of Bill White, the founder of the original McCann Bangkok office in 1965.

"Monica has earned this the hard way, the classic way. She’s put in the work, she’s put in the years. But she also has the forward thinking vision and vitality that will give our office - now the number 1 in Thailand - added impetus,” said Ingrouille.
