Quah, who previously worked at J. Walter Thompson Hong Kong as director of client services and who has more than 20 years' ad experience, will oversee the operations of McCann Shanghai, Universal McCann and Momentum.
Quah will report directly to Greater China area director and chief executive officer T. H. Peng. "Quah's commitment to creativity impressed us, said Peng adding that the agency had hired six people in the Shanghai office's creative department over the past six months, including executive creative director Maurizio Caduoto and a creative director.
