OgilvyOne Singapore managing director Chris Riley commented: "“Lucy’s remarkable track record speaks for itself; her valuable insight and business acumen will reinforce the calibre of our team.”
During a two and a half year spells at Rapp Collins Singapore, McCabe grew the agency from four people to 18. The move marks a return to Ogilvy for the Oxford graduate, who spent two years with Ogilvy as a business director running AmEx and Pernod Ricard before joining Rapp Collins.
She has also had stints with Vodafone in London and Wunderman in Singapore and London, where she managed the Ericsson business across Asia Pacific and Europe.
Rapp Collins Singapore has moved to replace McCabe by promoting head of data analytics Huw Hopkins. David Tang, president and CEO of DDB Singapore Group said: "Lucy has done a great job in a difficult discipline, and we wish her well. We want a highly specialised data-centric approach to direct marketing, and we're pleased that we have Huw in place to succeed Lucy.
