According to Sylvia Lee, M&C Saatchi Hong Kong managing director, the new- look creative offer would reflect a ‘flatter’ approach and management structure. “A new team of creative heavyweights will arrive in matter of weeks, and with these seasoned creative leaders we’re opting for a flatter and more versatile structure as opposed to hierarchy and rigid teams,” said Lee, who declined to reveal further details of the new team.
