Maxus takes Shiseido's media account in Hong Kong from Bates141

HONG KONG - Maxus has been appointed to the media account for Japanese cosmetics giant Shiseido in Hong Kong. Incumbent Bates141 has confirmed its media contract will terminate at the end of May.
