Maxus India names Varghese chief
Madison Media and Madison Infinity chief Ajit Varghese has been named managing director of Maxus India, effective from early November. <BR><BR> Varghese replaces CVL Srinivas, who resigned as Asia-Pacific CEO and head of Maxus India just six months after accepting the regional posting with the Group M agency (Media Online, 25 September). <BR><BR> Varghese began his career with IMRB, then moving onto Lintas, before joining Madison in 1999. He has previously worked across a number of brands, including Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Marico and Tata Tea.
