Market Catalyst hires Tang to set up media group

Market Catalyst. chief executive Conrad Chiu. said, </p><p>"With Tang at the helm of the media department, we will be able to offer </p><p>our clients a spectrum of media choices ranging from mass market to </p><p>niche targetting as the company is not confined to traditional media </p><p>buying and placement."
