Malaysia ranked tenth behind South Africa, Brazil, Canada and the US. The UK topped the list, followed by Germany, Spain, Australia and New Zealand.
Other Asian shops to make the top 50 included OgilvyOne Beijing and Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore.
OgilvyOne was the most-awarded global network, followed by Proximity, BBDO, DDB, DraftFCB, Wunderman, Arc, Leo Burnett, M&C Saatchi and Tequila.
