Maeil Dairy selects Diamond Ogilvy for juice launch

SEOUL - Maeil Dairy has picked Diamond Ogilvy as its creative partner to launch Healthy Vegetable, a vegetable juice line, in the Korean market following a pitch that also included JWT.

Healthy Vegetable is reportedly part of the high-end juice category and is expected to add competitive edge to Maeil’s offering in the highly competitive domestic juice market.

Diamond Ogilvy will seek to position the beverage as an alternative option that offers a combination of taste and health benefits, in order to extend its appeal beyond the health-conscious market segment. The initial campaign will consist of TV and print.

The agency did not confirm the value of the account, describing it simply as “lucrative”.
