Madison to craft comms plan for Sri Adhikari Bros

Mumbai-based broadcaster and production company Sri Adhikari Brothers (SAB) has chosen Madison Public Relations as its PR agency, ahead of plans to launch two new television channels in the last quarter of this year.

Madison PR chief executive officer Veena Gidwani said: "We are going to create a communication strategy for the new Hindi current affairs channel Janmat, as well as the Me Marathi entertainment channel. We are also going to focus on building the corporate image of the client."

Madison PR account manager Shradha Sharma will lead the account, in coordination with SAB managing director Markand Adhikari and external affairs and PR coordinator Rina Sen.

SAB, which is selling off both its 24-hour Hindi comedy channel Sab TV and content supply worth US$16.9 million to Sony Entertainment Television over the next five years, is also upgrading its infrastructure for content production.
