Local retailers Arome Bakery, Chickeeduck, Fairwood Fast Food and recruitment agency 2030Rx all signed up this month, with Fotomax expected to come on board soon.
The push ties in to promotions from some of Octopus Rewards partner companies, including McDonald's, Fairwood and Boots, that offer to boost the spending power of dollars collected with the Octopus scheme. The Chinese-language campaign was due to run for six weeks on television, print, radio and online.
