Lowe Thailand nets TAMC and AETAS accounts

THAILAND - Lowe Thailand has won two new creative accounts including Thailand Asset Management Corporation (TAMC) and local hotel chain AETAS.

The agency won the TAMC account after a four-way pitch that involved Far East DDB, Hakuhodo/Spa and SC Matchbox. Lowe Thailand has been tasked with launching a multi-discipline campaign involving above-the-line, events, activation and PR. The campaign will be launched in October.

The AETAS account was won after a three-way pitch that involved Grey and Creative In-House. AETAS is in the process of launching three new hotels in Bangkok. The campaign for the first property will launch in October.

It also shows that confidence is coming back into the market after a somewhat uncertain start to the year.”

Recently, Lowe Thailand created two new general manager roles to strengthen client servicing and spearhead business development . Santhana Jittikant was promoted internally to take on the new role, and Chaowapark Srikasem joined Lowe Thailand from Jeh United, where he was the managing director.

At the end of June, Charuvarn Vanasin, chairman of Lowe Thailand, retired. Her relationship with Lowe will continue in her new role of chairman emeritus.
