Lowe taps Cotton in regional roles for North, SE Asia

Lowe has appointed Neil Cotton to the new position of director of strategic planning for its North Asia and Southeast Asia operations. He will also take on the role of deputy managing director of Lowe North Asia.

Previously regional head of strategy for Bates Asia, based in Hong Kong, Cotton was senior partner and worldwide group planning director at Ogilvy & Mather New York prior to joining Bates.

He has experience working with brands such as Guinness, IBM, Nokia, Coca-Cola and Allied Domecq. As well as winning Effie awards for IBM's software and Guinness, he co-authored Ogilvy's global white paper on 'Brands -- Communicating in Times of Crisis' following 9/11.
