Lowe rejigs Asia chief's job specs

ASIA-PACIFIC: Lowe Worldwide has reassigned Asia-Pacific president Nigel Gilbert to the post of chairman and CEO of Lowe Southeast and North Asia, to accompany a significant revamp of the struggling network's offering.
