Lowe moves India talent to top-level posts around Asia

Lowe has turned to its India offices for talent to fill managerial and planning positions across the region, leading with Lowe Mumbai senior VP Sabya-sachi Mishra replacing Tim Hennessy as managing director of Lowe Vietnam.

Mishra will be replaced by Sanjai Srivastava. T. Krishna, senior VP, strategy planning at Lowe Mumbai, moves to Lowe Shanghai as regional strategy planner. Pranesh Misra, president and COO, Lowe India, said: "The demand for Indian talent is high in all disciplines. In terms of calibre, our people are the best in Asia. It's a question of when can we afford to send whom, since we also have to run a business here." Other planners from Lowe's team to move are Malati Gopinath, who shifts to Bangkok as brand planning director, and Navin Shenoy, who will be brand planning manager at Lowe Indonesia. Meanwhile, Vikas Mehta will be transferring from Lowe Middle East to join Lowe India as regional planning director.
