Clay, most recently a freelancer working at Y&R Singapore, replaces former ECD Raul Castro, who left to join McCann Erickson Philippines in December 2006.
Clay previously held ECD roles at JWT Kuwait and Publicis Malaysia. Mariles Gustilo, Lowe Manila’s president, declined to comment on the appointment.
