L'Oreal Takes team to Sheraton Sanya

Two hundred delegates from three divisions of L'Oreal Asia Pacific - Consumer Products, Luxury Products and Professional Products - attended separate meetings and teambuilding activities, plus a networking gala dinner.

Challenges
With delegates from all over the Asia Pacific region, and the main focus on a gala dinner, Sheraton Sanya Resort’s chef, food and beverage and convention team did their best to offer the right dishes at each meal. The hotel asked each individual guest about their favourite dishes and dietary requirements, and devised a gourmet menu accordingly.


Execution
Over the four-day event, delegates participated in workshop sessions and meetings.
The gala dinner on April 4 was the most important function of the event. The dinner was an
opportunity for the L’Oreal delegates to get to know each other as well as feeling like they
belonged to a company, and one they could be proud of. The gala dinner took place in Sheraton Sanya’s grounds right next to the sea. During the Gala dinner there was a fireworks display and the logo of ‘Sheraton’ and ‘L’Oreal’ was beamed into the sky.


Verdict
“The whole event was unforgettable,” says Zhu Ning, organiser of L’Oreal CPG. “It was a fun and well-organised event, as well as great time management by Sheraton Sanya Resort.
