Li departs Batey for MEC as Caven assumes new role

MEC has named ex-Batey COO Stephen Li as COO of its global solutions division, based in Singapore, to follow Tess Caven's shift to the newly created regional marketing director role at the GroupM agency. <BR><BR> Li departs Batey one year after rejoining the agency, prior to which he was regional director of WPP's Team HSBC. Caven - who as MEC global solutions managing partner oversaw the division's growth to 15 international staff managing a client portfolio that includes Singapore Airlines, DHL, Sony Ericsson and Mercedes-Benz - will now oversee MEC business development initiatives across Asia-Pacific.
